Introduction

Just as good as Mom used to make, you won't even notice it is made with turkey! Just as good as Mom used to make, you won't even notice it is made with turkey!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    0.25 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)\or 1 egg
    0.50 cup Milk, nonfat
    0.75 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned
    1 serving Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheese
    20 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    Topping to be used toward end of baking:
    0.25 cup *Kraft Natural Cheese Fat Free Shredded Cheddar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Grease loaf pan well with non-stick spray.
Lightly mix all ingredients. Place into loaf plan. Bake for 1 hour. In last 5/10 minutes sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded cheese on top of loaf; baked until melted.


Makes 4 servings.
