Introduction

Ingredients

    2 package (10 oz) Spinach, frozen, thaw and squeeze water out of spinach
    2 cup - Italian Style Bread Crumbs
    1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated,
    1/2 cup Butter, unsalted, (1 - stick)
    4 medium Egg, fresh, (or large what ever you have in house)
    1 tsp Garlic powder, (use more or less to your taste)
    1 tsp Onion powder, (use more or less to your taste)
    1/4 tsp Salt, (use more or less to your taste)
    1/4 tsp Pepper, black, (use more or less to your taste)

Directions

(form into 1 inch balls)
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Squeeze water out of thawed spinach. Place into large bowl. Add Bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper. Melt 1/2 Cup butter (could use more diet friendly spread), add to spinach mixture. Crack Eggs into smaller bowl, beat them slightly then add to Spinach mixture. Form into 1 inch balls with spoon and hands. Place onto cookie sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once during cooking time to brown on 2 sides at lest.
