    3 skinless,boneless chicken breast
    2 1/2 c panko or regular bread crumbs
    1 tbsp olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste


Take 3 chicken breast, and drizzle olive oil over them to coat all sides. Salt and pepper to taste. Dip each chicken breast into panko/bread crumbs, covering each throughly. Place onto oven safe pan, sprayed with non stick spray. Cook in 450 degree oven 45-60 minutes until throughly cooked done. Cook chicken uncovered part of time so outside crisps up. May also mix salt and pepper and other spices if desired in with bread crumbs before coating chicken.
