Introduction

Next time I make this, I will definately choose some reduced sodium veggies!
I like to make a huge pot for leftovers and it's great to freeze too.

Number of Servings: 23

Ingredients

    2.5 lbs ground chuck
    1 medium onion - chopped
    1 large can tomato sauce
    3 cans diced potatoes
    3 cans corn
    1 can green beans
    1 can carrots
    1 can sweet peas
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp garlic salt

Directions

Brown beef along with onion and garlic. Drain thoroughly. Add all ingredients together and bring to boil on med-high heat. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer 1 1/2 hrs - 2 hrs. Enjoy.
Makes 23 - 1 cup servings
