Ingredients

    * Basil, 100 grams (remove)
    * Beans, pinto, 1.187 cup (remove)
    * whole wheat orzo, 1.5 cup (remove)
    * Garlic, 8 cloves (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Sun Dried Tomatoes, 62.37 grams (remove)
    * Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula, 2 Tbspn (remove)
    * Spinach, fresh, 172.9 grams (remove)
    * Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Pepper, black, 2 tbsp (remove)

Directions

cook orzo.
bake garlic and olive oil in tin foil.
drain orzo. add chopped spinach so it can wilt.
add the rest of the ingrediants into food processor. Blend. stir into pasta.

Eat warm or let cool.
