My grandmother used to make these all the time. They are perfect for a nice morning breakfast...make them cripsy around the edge's and it makes them perfect!! Ingredients

    1 egg (large)
    1 cup all purpose flour
    1 cup milk (+/- some until the batter reaches consistency)

Directions

combine ingredients until batter is thin (adding milk until consistency is reached). grease frying pan with butter. ladle batter into center of frying pan (amount to ladle in depends on frying pan size) immediately lift pan and rotate to spread batter to edges of pan, creating a thin even layer. Cook until browned on one side, flip, cook another minute.
