Rolled Barley Flakes, .5 cup (remove)
Whey Protein Isolates by Georgia, .667 cup
    Wheat bran, crude, .5 cup
    Flax Seed, 2 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Almonds, .5 cup, slivered
    Maple Syrup, .667 cup
    Water, tap, .25 cup
    Old Fashioned Oats, 5 cup
    Honey, 1 tbsp
    Granulated Sugar, 6 tsp

    Cinnamon to taste

Preheat oven to 325-400 (I've cooked it at all sorts of temps, the hotter you go, the more careful you need to be about when you stir it.)

Mix all ingredients together, starting with the dry.
Then add you sweetener/syrup.
Mix Mix Mix.

Place on a cookie sheet or baking pan, spreading evenly.

Bake for about 8-10 minutes, then gently break up the granola to allow for the formation of clusters.

Stir the granola every 5-10 minutes (depending on heat) to ensure even cooking and no burning.

Remove when it reaches the consistency you enjoy!
