Ingredients

2 oz cooked chicken breast, cubed
2 tbsp diced hard boiled egg
1 tsp bacon bits
1 oz bleu cheese crumbles
2 oz diced avocado
3 cherry tomatoes, halved
.25 cups diced cucumber
.25 cups beets
2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
3 tbsp. fat free balsamic vinaigrette
Directions
