Ingredients

    1/2 cup white wine vinegar
    3 tbsp olive oil
    2 teaspoon Dijon mustard (I use grainy style)
    3 teaspoon Splenda
    Fresh ground pepper
    4 cups finely shredded savoy cabbage
    1/2 cup finely slivered red onion


Directions

In a bowl whisk together the vinegar, oil, Dijon, Splenda, and season with salt and pepper (optional). Set aside.

In another bowl, toss the cabbage, red onion together lightly.


Drizzle the salad with the dressing, and toss to coat.

Makes 6 - 2/3 cup servings
