    Pasta, Lasagna Noodles, 16 oz
    Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 cup cherry tomatoes
    Tomato Sauce, 1.5 cup
    Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz
    Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 1.5 cup (not packed)
    Egg, fresh, 3 small beaten
    Basil, 2 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 clove
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Extra Virign Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp


Cut cherry tomatoes in half and saute with garlic, onion and basil in 1 Tbsp of olive oil. Add tomato sauce and one can of water and let simmer. In seperate skillet, brown groung turkey. Prepare lasagna noodles as directed on package, drain, rinse and set aside. Combine cottage cheese with beaten eggs. Prepare 13 inch oblong glass baking dish with non stick spray. Begin layering ingredients starting with pasta, then turkey, pasta, cheese and egg mixture, pasta, sauce, mozzarella, pasta, turkey...finish with top layer of pasta topped with remaining sauce. Cover with foild and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover and top with mozzarella cheese and return to oven for about 5 minutes to melt cheese. Let cool 10 minutes begore cutting into 12 equal servings.
