    Crumb Topping
    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup
    Flour, white, .33 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
    Butter, salted, .25 cup
    Coffee Cake
    *Flour, white, 2 cup
    Splenda - 18 packets = 3/4 cup sugar
    Butter, salted, .25 cup
    Milk, 1%, .75 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Baking Powder, 2.5 tsp
    Salt, .75 tsp
    Blueberries, fresh or frozen, 1 cup
    *Rhubarb, fresh or frozen 1 cup, diced
    Vanilla Glaze
    Powdered Sugar, .5 cup,
    1.5 to 2 Tsp hot water
    1/4 tsp Vanilla


Heat Oven to 375
Grease Bottom and sides of 9" Springform pan
Mix the Crumb Topping in a small bowl with a pastry cutter
In a large bowl, mix the ingrediants for the coffee cake except for the fruit beat with spoon for 30 seconds
Fold in the fruit. Spread in pan
Sprinkle with Topping.
Bake 45 - 50 minutes until a toothpick in the center of the cake comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes (and mix the Glaze until smooth enough to drizzel)
Remove from pan and pour on glaze.
