    2 1/2c old fashioned oats
    5 c water
    1t sea salt
    2 1/2c pumpkin, canned
    1/4c ground flax seed
    1/4c honey or agave nectar
    2T cinnamon
    1T nutmeg


Bring water and salt to a rolling boil. Add oats cook for 3 minutes. Add remainder of ingredients and stir, cook until heated through, about 3 more minutes.
Divide into 5 serving dishes. add milk of choice if desired(not in NI)
