    * Coconut Milk, 0.5 cup (remove)
    * *Motts Natural Apple Sauce, 1 cup (remove)
    * Carrots, raw, 3 cup, grated (remove)
    * Super-Green Pro-96 Soy Protein Powder, 2 serving (remove)
    * *Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup (remove)
    * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)


Mix the wet ingrediants, plus sugar. In a seprate bowl, mix dry ingrediants. Then Mix all, pour into muffin tins, bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
