Directions

Mix honey and applesauce together (for sweeter bread you can add more honey). Add egg whites and mix well. Then add salt, cinnamon, and vanilla and mix. Add flour and stir well. Add baking soda to hot water and stir until dissolved and then add to batter. Stir until completely mixed and then add to greased bread pan. Bake in the oven at 325 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Remove from the oven when completely baked in the middle.
