    1/4 cup dry pinto beans
    1/4 cup dry red kidney beans
    1/4 cup dry black beans
    1/4 cup dry white beans
    3 cloves garlic-minced
    1 large onion-chopped
    1/4 sliced green pepper
    1 TBS HOT chili pepper minced
    2 TBS hot red chili pepper minced
    1 thinly sliced carrot
    1/2 pound ground turkey
    1 16 oz can salt free stewed tomatoes
    2 medium fresh tomatoes
    2 stalks celery
    1/2 cup cilantro leaves
    3 fresh basil leaves
    3 TBS ground cumin
    2 cups V8 Spicy hot juice
    2 cups water


Soak all beans over night in water. In the morning rinse, set aside.
In a large soup pot, fry ground turkey with the garlic. Add the rest of the ingredients, mix well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 6-8 hours or until beans are done.
Season to taste as desired.

Makes about 8 1 cup servings or more.
