Number of Servings: 12


    20 oz 93% lean ground turkey
    16 oz box whole wheat rotini
    26 oz can Del Monte chunky garden and herb
    2/3 cup frozen onions
    1/4 cup sugar
    water or Pam spray


Prepare whole wheat rotini according to package instructions. Set aside. Add water to a pan or spray it with nonstick spray. Add ground turkey. Brown. Add onions. Scramble together with a fork. Add spaghetti sauce. Stir. Add sugar. Stir. Add sauce to pasta. Stir.

You're done! Goes well with salad or green beans. Top with parmesan if you like. If you like a lot of sauce, you'll need to add a can of diced omatoes or more sauce. Enjoy!
