Ingredients

    16 meduim mushrooms sliced
    4 slices bacon diced
    2 gloves garlic minced
    salt & pepper to taste
    cayenne pepper to taste
    parsley

Directions

heat pan and add bacon cook until 1/2 done add mushrooms and garlic (mushrooms will sweat and release all there liquid) once water evaporated keep stirring until ends of mushroom are crispy season with salt and pepper and cayenne pepper add dried parsley to your liking
