I got this from a cookbook I have. It has chicken, bbq sauce, pineapple, onions, green peppers, and papaya. I got this from a cookbook I have. It has chicken, bbq sauce, pineapple, onions, green peppers, and papaya.

    1 12-inch Italian bread shell (Boboli)
    1/2 cup barbecue sauce (I recommend stubb's bbq sauce if your store sells it.)
    1 cup shredded pizza cheese (I used shredded skim milk mozzarella cheese)
    1 cup deli-roasted chicken cut into strips or chunks (I bought one of those whole chickens grocerie stores sell already cooked)
    1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
    1 medium green sweet pepper, cut into thin strips
    1/4 of a small red or yellow onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings (I used a little more than this)
    1 papaya, peeled, seeded, and sliced


Place bread shell on an ungreased baking sheet. Spread with bbq sauce. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of the cheese. Arrange the chicken, pineapple, papaya if you have it, green pepper, and onion on top. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
Bake in a 425 degree oven about 10 minutes or until heated through.
The cookbook said it serves 4, so they are being generous. You can make it serve 6, or even 8, if you don't want to have quite so many calories in one meal. I figure, with 1/4 of the pizza, it should fill you up so you don't have to worry about eating anything else on the side.
