    2 cups skimmed milk
    4 heaping tablespoons non-fat skimmed milk powder
    2 tablespoons unsweetened instant vanilla pudding
    No-calorie powdered sweetener (aspartame, etc.)


Be sure all ingredients are cold. Combine and cook over a low flame; stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Make sure the mixture does not stick to the pan. You can add a non-nutritive sweetener in a small amount of water after the mixture has cooled. Place the mixture in 4 custard dishes and refrigerate.
