    1-1/2 cups water
    2 Tbs agave nectar OR honey
    2 Tbs molasses
    1-1/2 tsp sea salt
    2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
    4 cups whole wheat flour
    4 Tbs Vital wheat gluten
    1/3 cup ground flax seed
    2 tsp yeast


Put ingredients into the bread machine in the order given OR according to manufacturer's instruction. I recommend using either a white medium setting OR a white light setting. White medium will create a darker, crunchier crust.

You will need to add one extra cycle knead/rise process. On my machine, it takes 45 minutes to complete 1 knead/rise cycle. After 45 minutes, I turn the machine off, and start over, thus adding one extra cycle.

Makes 1 2lb loaf of bread = 16 servings.
