Ingredients

    red peppers
    lettuce
    sprouts
    mushrooms
    carrot
    celery

Directions

Open fridge. Pick any fruit or vegetable, low on the fruit. Cut up whatever you find, squeeze a tiny drop of lemon over with a dot of salad dressing (fat free) and eat slowly... taste every part.
Oh yeah the carrot is what really makes it good, peel a raw carrot, and once you have the skin off just keep peeing it into the salad until you got the whole thing in there. Bit of salt never hurt either, as long as it's not alot.
