    1 lb. Tilapia fillets
    2 TBS melted margarine
    1 TBS lemon juice
    1 TBS garlic powder
    1 TBS Italian seasoning
    1/2 TBS onion powder
    1/4 TBS black pepper (freshly ground)


Mix all ingredients together and spread/brush over tilapia fillets. Place under broiler for 10-12 minutes.

    This recipe is really easy and pretty good. Also can be used on salmon. I recommend putting a little extra on the salmon though, to prevent drying out too much. - 1/20/10
