    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1/4 tablespoons crushed red pepper
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1 small chopped/grated onion
    28 oz can crushed tomatoes
    1/4 cup vodka
    1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. On the stovetop, saute crushed red pepper and onion in olive oil. Add the can of crushed tomatoes and vodka, stirring well, then bring to a boil. Add cream and parmesan cheese, and warm but do not allow to boil. Add pasta and then sprinkle more grated cheese on top. Bake for 10 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
