Ingredients

    1 block of marinaded tofu
    (I like Oasis Farms marinaded tofu)
    100ml Ginger Sesame Marinade
    2 servings of quinoa
    i cup of french or runner beans
    I cup of pak choi

Directions

serves 2
Cut the tofu into strips and marinade for at least 3 hours.
Grill for at least five minutes, or until golden brown.
Boil the Quinoa, according to packet instructions,and while cooking, use the same saucepan to steam the pak choi and the beans.

Serve in a bowl, with the quinoa at the bottom.
