Introduction

I love it and have it every morning, I love it and have it every morning,

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal

    1.5 tsp. sugar

Directions

This is one serving. I use 1/4 cup oats and 3/4 cups water and add salt. Cook it for 5 minutes in microwave. Add sugar and enjoy. I also eat 1/2 oz. walmuts and 1/2 banana to complete my breakfast. Very staisfying and cholesterol lowering meal.
