Number of Servings: 6


    1 T corn starch
    1 14 oz can chicken broth
    2 T peanut butter
    1 T Thai chili sauce
    Combine above with a wisk
    1 T oil
    2 tsp, minced garlic
    1 large bell pepper juliened
    1 large onion sliced
    Saute in oil until tender
    1 1/2 C. cooked cubed chicken


add chicken to peppers, warm thru, then add peanut sauce. bring to a boil, cook 1-2 minutes until thickened.

Serve over pasta or rice
