    1 c. rice, uncooked
    1 c. celery, chopped
    3/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 t. parsley flakes
    1/2 t. salt
    1/8 t. pepper
    1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. miracle whip light
    1 1/4 c. water
    24 oz. chicken tenderloins


Place rice in greased 13x9 baking dish. Cover with combined vegetables and seasonings. Combine soup with miracle whip and mix well. Gradually add water to soup mixture, mixing well until blended. Pour half soup mixture over vegetables. Top with chicken and remaining soup mixture.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until chicken is tender and rice is cooked. Sprinkle with paprika and buttered bread crumbs if desired.
