Introduction

Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    1 - 15 oz can each: black beans, chickpeas (garbanzo beans), white kidney beans, drained & rinsed
    0.25 cup Jalapeno Peppers, diced
    0.5 cup red bell pepper, diced
    0.25 cup salsa (your choice)
    3 tbsp vinegar
    black pepper & salt, to taste
    Tapatio or other hot sauce, to taste

Directions

Drain and rinse all beans (you can do this together, in a strainer, makes it quicker).
In large mixing bowl, combine beans with rest of ingredients. Serving size is 1/2 cup, makes 9 servings.
