I was craving biscuits and gravy and got creative in the kitchen. Good for breakfast or dinner, Please note I served this with Pillsbury Grand! Ingredients

    1 16 oz package Shady Brook Farms Turkey Breakfast Sausage
    1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    ½ cup fat free half and half
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp ground sage
    ½ tsp black pepper
    1 17.3 oz can Pillsbury Grands! Homestyle Reduced Fat Golden Wheat Biscuits (calories are not included in recipe; see note above)

Directions

Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Break up turkey sausage in skillet and cook until browned; drain. Wipe skillet, return to stove and heat over medium heat. Pour cream of mushroom soup and half and half into skillet and whisk until smooth. When soup mix is begins to bubble, add turkey sausage, onion powder, sage and black pepper. Allow to boil slightly, reduce heat and simmer on low heat for 10-20 minutes.
MAKES 8 1/4 CUP SERVINGS

    looks good, but between the biscuit and the gravy, you've had your salt for a day. I would try and make your own cream of mushroom soup, leave the salt out - 11/11/09

    The calorie count is wrong though as the biscuit itself has 180 calories. Is the 156 for the gravy only? If you add the two together it is a whopping 336 ! Which isn't so bad if you can stop at one! LOL - 9/4/08

    I made these and tho good, doesn't compare with homemade biscuits and homemade gravy. Ok in a pinch of time tho. - 7/27/21
