    3/4c Honey
    1/2c Butter OR Margarine
    2 or 3 Ripe Bananas, MASHED
    2 Eggs
    1 1/2c Whole Wheat Flour (Or regular flour)
    1 1/2tsp Baking Powder
    1/4tsp Salt
    1/2tsp Nutmeg
    1/2tsp Cinnamon
    1/4c Milk
    1/2tsp Vanilla


Makes approximately 10 slices

Preheat oven to 350degrees and grease a loaf pan.

Combine honey & butter into large bowl. Beat until smooth & creamy.
Add bananas(mashed) & eggs to the bowl. Mix well.

In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, & cinnamon. Stir well and then mix with banana mixture. Mix well.

Mix in milk & vanilla. Pour batter into loaf pan.

Bake 50-55 min.
