    12 oz potato gnocchi
1 cup fat free half and half
    1/2 tsp minced garlic
salt and ground white pepper to taste
    1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp light butter (I used Land O'Lakes with Canola Oil)
    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
    2 tbsp chopped pecans

Combine the half and half, garlic, salt, and pepper and bring to a boil (slowly). Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Mix the flour with a little water in a bowl to make a paste. Add the flour mixture, butter, and half of the cheese to the half and half mixture. Meanwhile, cook the gnocchi (they only take 3-4 minutes). Add the cooked gnocchi to the sauce and mix. Serve, and sprinkle with pecans and parmesan cheese.
