    5 tbs. peach or apricot preseves
    1 premade pie crust 9"
    4 Peaches, fresh
    egg and water
    Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed


1. roll out store bought pie crust and add layer of preserves or jelly in the center
2. wash and slice peaches into wedges, then arrange on top of perserves (leaving about 2 inches on the sides)
3. roll up and pinch dough all the way around to create the bowl shape that contains the fruit
4. brush egg wash onto the rim and sprinkle sugar around the edge
5. bake (preferably on parchment paper for easy cleanup) at 425 degrees for 45 minutes.

Great with a scoop of vanilla ice cream too if you can spare the calories ;)
