    Dry ingredients:

    3.5 c whole wheat flour
    1 c ground flax
    2 c ground wheat germ
    1 c gluten
    1 tbsp baking soda
    2 tsp baking powder
    2 c Kellogg's All-Bran cereal
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    1 tsp nutmeg
    1.5 c raisins
    1.5 c chopped walnuts

    Wet ingredients:
    5 large eggs
    1 c canola oil
    1 c brown sugar
    2 medium bananas mashed
    1 8oz can tinned pineapple in juice, blended
    2 c applesauce, unsweetened
    2 c frozen unsweetened blueberries, thawed


Mix dry ingredients

Mix wet ingredients

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Stir until mixed. Put in lined muffin tins. Bake at 350 for about 23 minutes, or until tester comes out clean.

These freeze very well and thaw out nicely for coffee break in the morning.
