Ingredients

    1/3 Cup Protein Powder - I use Trader Joe's Soy Protein Powder
    4 TBSP Fax Seed
    1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
    1/2 Cup Frozen Raspberries
    1/2 TBSP Honey
    12 oz. Water
    Ice

Directions

Add berries, powder, water, ice and honey. Blend until smooth! You can mix it up by adding different fruts for variety. Quick, easy and satisfying!
