    Beef chuck, 12 oz (remove)
    Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced (remove)
    Broccoli, cooked, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    Cauliflower, cooked, 2 cup (1" pieces) (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 plum tomato (remove)
    Garlic, 5 cloves (remove)
    Baby Carrots, raw, 8 medium (remove)
    Butter, unsalted, .33 stick (remove)


Sautee beef, garlic (minced), 1 tomato, 1 tbsp oregano and butter until meat is almost done and you have a good soup base. Add to soup pot, add water, veggies, remaining oregano, curry powder and bring to a boil. Turn heat down and allow to simmer for as along as desired. Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro, yum!
