    - 2 C Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, Chopped/Cooked
    - 1 can (10.75oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
    - 1 C Milk
    - 1 C Onion, chopped
    - 1 can (4oz) Copped/Diced Green Chiles
    - 1 can (4.5oz) Sliced/Chopped Black Olives
    - 2 C Crushed Corn Chips
    - 1 C Monterey Jack Cheese
    - 1 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    - Sour Cream (~1C)


Makes 9 3"x3" servings
- In a pot, add Chicken, Cream of Ckn Soup, Milk, Chiles, Olives, & Onions. Heat until bubbly.
- Sprinkle 1/3 chips on bottom of 9"x9" casserole. Add 1/2 Chicken mixture. Add a little sour cream on top. Top with 1/2 of both cheeses.
- Layer with 1/3 chips; top with rest of chicken mixture, sour cream, & cheeses.
- Layer rest of chips on top (& sprinkle with a little cheese).
- Bake at 375 for ~45 minutes or until cheese on top is golden.

-Sour cream can be omitted and then added individually as a dollop.
- Top with a little really good canned, red enchilada sauce!
