    2 c. favorite salsa
    2 whole chicken breast, bone/skin removed
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. water
    1 pkg tortilla shells, favorite kind (12 count)
    3 c. shredded cheese, favorite kind


Take 2 whole chicken breast and cut up or dice into small bite size pieces. Put raw chicken in pan and cover with salt/pepper to taste, salsa, and water. Simmer on low to medium heat until chicken is cooked throughly. May drain some of liquid off if watery. In a non-stick skillet, over medium heat, place 1 tortilla shell and add appx 1/2 - 3/4 c chicken salsa mix. Cover in cheese and add tortilla shell over top. Cook until tortilla shell browned and flip, cooking until shell browned and cheese melted. Remove from heat, let sit for several mintues and cut into wedges. Serve with additional favortie jar salsa, sour cream.
