    4 cups semolina flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    4 large eggs
    1 Tbsp oil
    1/3 cup ice water


Sift flour and salt together. Slowly add eggs, one at a time mixing with a fork. Add oil and water slowly mixing until a smooth dough is formed.

Knead on lightly floured surface for 15 minutes. Let rest for 15 minutes. Process as specified for your Pasta machine.

Cook in boiling salted water about 3 minutes. Drain and serve with your choice of sauce.
