    3- lbs. potatoes, cubed, skins on if preferred
    1 1/2- tsp. Chili Powder
    1/2 - tsp. Paprika
    1/2 - tsp. Garlic Powder
    1/2- tsp. Sugar
    1/2 - tsp. Salt
    1/4 - tsp. Cayenne Pepper Powder
    2 - Tblsp. Olive Oil


Preheat oven to 375. Place cubed potatoes in large bowl. In separate bowl, mix together all other ingredients except for olive oil.
Pour olive oil over potatoes and toss well. Then sprinkle dry mixed ingredients over potatoes and stir until well mixed with powdered ingredients.
Place on baking sheet or in 13" x 9" pan. Bake for approx. 1 hour, turning frequently, or until lightly browned.

Makes approx. 4 servings.
