    Sweet potato, 1.5 sweetpotato, 5" long
    Baby Carrots, raw, 15 medium
    Celery, cooked, 2 stalks
    Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    *Imagine Organic Vegetable Broth, 4 cup
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 3 tbsp

    sea salt and pepper to taste


peel sweet potatos and carrots, chop up all veggies and place in pot. add in olive oil and use enough veg. broth to cover up veggies. Cook until veggies are soft. Blend veggetables in blender and serve. add salt and pepper to taste.
