    Full batch of slow cooker salsa chicken
    12 corn tortillas
    2 cups shredded cheese
    1 cup shredded cheese
    4 TBSP black olives
    1/4 cup enchilada sauce
    1 diced large summer squash


Make salsa chicken recipe ahead of time, cook time does not include this
Put salsa chicken and yellow squash in a large pan and heat on the stove
In a large casserole dish layer corn tortillas, chicken mixture, and 2 cups cheese (2 layers)
Spread black olives and remaining cheese on the top
Cook in oven at 350 for about 45 minutes
Remove from heat, let stand 10-15 minutes before serving
