Introduction

This taco casserole is made with chicken breast and is super delicious! This taco casserole is made with chicken breast and is super delicious!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Pasta, whole wheat elbows, 8 oz
    Chicken Breast, cooked, 1 lb.
    Weight Watchers Mexican Style cheese 2/3 cup
    Tostitos Mild Salsa, 16 ounces
    Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 1 packette
    Green Pepper 1 medium, chopped
    Red Bell Pepper 1 small, chopped
    Black Olives sliced (small can)

Directions

Combine bell peppers, chicken and taco seasoning mix with 1/4 cup water. Heat through. Cook pasta according to package directions and add to chicken mixture. Add jar of salsa and black olives. Serve with fat free cheese and fat free sour cream. Makes 6 servings.
