    10 small redskin potatoes
    1/2 reduced fat sour cream
    1 TBS garlic powder
    1 TBS margarine


Boil redskins until easy to stab with a fork. Drain the potatoes and put back in pot. Add margarine, sour cream, and garlic powder. Mash everything together =)
