    1 jar canned salmon
    1 egg
    10 saltine crackers
    1/2 cup green pepper chopped
    1/2 cup onion chopped


Mix all ingredients together in medium size bowl. Heat oil or cooking spray in non-stick skillet. Make golf ball size patties and place them in your skillet. Cook for 5 minutes on each side on medium heat or until brown. Makes 6 patties.
