    1 bunch broccoli
    1/4 cup light marg.
    2 onions
    2 cups chopped celelry
    1/4 cup flour
    4 cups fat free milk
    4 cups fat free chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    salt & Pepper to taste

    Trim broccoli and cut into 1/2" thick slices. Steam in salted water until tender. In large saucepan, melt marg and saute' onions, celery and garlic until brown. Stir in flour gradually. Add milk, chicken broth and herbs Stir over low heat until soup thickens and boils. Add broccoli, salt and pepper. Serve Hot.
