Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 lbs lean ground beef
    1 packet dry onion soup mix
    1/3 cup ketchup
    2 Tbl A1 Steak sause
    2 eggs
    1/3 cup progresso italian bread crumbs

    Topping:
    1/8 cup or less ketchup
    1 slice bacon

Directions

In large bowl combine dry soup mix, 1/3 C ketchup, eggs, A1, bread crumbs and beat with electric handmixer.
Reserve 1/8 cup ketchup for the top
Add in the 2lbs of ground beef and mix until well combined, form a loaf place in a 9 x 13 pan. Spread reserved ketchup over the top place slice of bacon down the center
Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 1 hour, remove and let sit for 10 min.
Remove and discard bacon
Serve
I yeild about 12 - 1 inch thick slices
