    Ground Turkey 20oz
    2 14.5oz cans diced tomatoes (one with chili's for some spice)
    1 6oz can tomato paste
    Chili powder to taste
    Cumin to taste
    Garlic powder to taste
    La Victoria Red Sauce to taste
    7oz shredded cheddar cheese
    10-12 Corn Tortillas


Brown turkey.
Add chili powder, cumin and garlic powder to taste.
Add diced tomatoes.
Add tomato paste by the spoonful and stir til desired thickness.
Add La Victoria red sauce to taste.

Layer sauce then tortillas and cheese in a 9x11" baking pan.
Bake at 425 degrees til cheese is nicely melted. Broil for a few minutes to brown the cheese if desired.
Top with some cilantro, tomato and onion.
