    1 medium cucumber, peeled and cut into chunks
    3/4 cup non-fat yogurt
    1/2 cup non-fat cottage cheese
    A few dashes tabasco sauce (to taste)
    Favorite herbs and spices (to taste)


Peal cucumbers and cut into chunks. Puree in blender.
Add cottage cheese, yogurt, tabasco, and favorite herbs and spices (I usually add some Mrs Dash and onion powder) and blend until smooth.

Makes about 2 1/2 cups or 20 servings (2 tbsp each).

    It was easy to make. I think the spices or herbs you choose makes a difference too. I used basil, garlic and onion, salt & pepper. - 8/1/07
