Introduction

A wonderful light and tasty cassarole, easy to make and healthy as well A wonderful light and tasty cassarole, easy to make and healthy as well
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 skinless boneless chicken breast, cubed and cooked lightly in a small amount of water with some sliced garlic
    1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 box low sodium stuffing mix
    1 cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese

Directions

After the chicken has cooked in the garlic water, remove it and the garlic into a cassarole dish. Toss in the stuffing mix and the diced tomatoes, mixing throroughly. Stir in 1/2 cup of the cheese, and lay 1/2 cup on top. Place in a preheated 375 degree oven for 15 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown. Makes 6-1 cp servings
