    1/2 C oatmeal
    1/2 C water
    1 cup fat free plain yogurt
    2 Tbsp wheat bran
    2 Tbsp wheat germ
    2 Tbsp honey
    2 Tbsp oat bran
    1/3 C dried cranberries
    1/3 C raisins
    1 apple, cored and chopped
    Serve with 1 banana


Pour hot water into oatmeal. Let sit for 3-5 minutes until all water is absorbed. Mix all items together without the banana. Refrigerate for up to 3 days. Eat with a banana cut into the musli.
